The Role

We are seeking an experienced Housing Options/Prevention/Homelessness Assessment Officer to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carrying out homelessness inquiries, casework, and drafting s184 decision letters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete assessments and carry out prevention and relief work
  • Manage a varied caseload and provide support to clients
  • Have knowledge of Part VII Housing Act 1996, Homelessness Reduction Act, and other relevant legislation
  • Deliver high-quality services under pressure and manage multiple demands

Requirements:
