Inventory Control Specialist

Expedia Group UK is seeking an accomplished Inventory Control Associate to collaborate with the company's supply chains to ensure inventory is on route, on shelves, and well-stocked. This role will serve as a record keeper for materials, report creator, and supply tracker. The successful candidate will work in the asset hardware team, managing desktop, laptop, and mobile hardware.
Key Responsibilities:- Clear communication with customer and technical support teams
- Complete requests within established SLAs per corporate standards as needed
- Asset hardware/asset ownership experience
- Servicenow
- Manage inventory control of assets: laptops and desktop
- Effective communication skills
- Work well in a team
- Triage requests
- Customer service environments
- Understanding of PC and MAC hardware
- Previous experience with high ticket volume in a customer service environment
