The successful candidate will have full operational and financial responsibility for our catering facilities, focusing on delivering exceptional food and service standards. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a team of culinary professionals to ensure consistency of food and service standards
  • Managing and controlling catering operations, including stock, food, and labor costs
  • Driving sales through innovative menu development and promotions
