Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to take on a new challenge as an Account Director in our Healthcare Communications agency.

This exciting opportunity will see you overseeing a wide range of accounts, including rare diseases, consumer healthcare, and more. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will build and maintain strong relationships, develop and implement strategic communication plans, and lead the delivery of projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Develop and execute strategic communication plans that align with client objectives, driving business growth and success.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to content creation across various platforms, enhancing digital communications and engaging audiences.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the team, helping them achieve their goals and develop their skills.
  • Lead and contribute to new business development efforts, including pitching for new accounts and identifying opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Healthcare Communications agency or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including medical communications, cancers, blood transfusions, and rare diseases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage and advise clients.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic communication plans, driving business growth and success.
  • Agency experience and a proactive, highly organized approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
