Job Title: Care Assistant - Benfleet Area Evenings

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in the Benfleet area. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-focused care to our clients, ensuring they receive the support and companionship they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Companionship: Provide regular and meaningful social interaction with clients, ensuring they feel valued and connected.
  • Help with everyday tasks: Assist clients with meal preparation, light housework, and other daily activities.
  • Accompaniment: Escort clients to appointments, shopping, and other activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Personal care: Support clients with bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming, maintaining their health and dignity.

What We Offer:

  • Excellent pay rates: £12.20 to £13.20 per hour, plus £24.40 to £26.40 enhanced bank holiday rates.
  • Minimum 1 hour calls: Ensure you have the time needed with clients, providing quality care and attention.

  • Mileage and travel time: 30p per mile.
