Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Systems Small Works Engineer to join our team at Protec Fire Detection PLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission new security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
  • Maintain and repair existing security systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently
  • Work with customers to understand their security needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with other teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and best practices, ensuring that our customers receive the most effective and efficient solutions
Requirements
  • Essential qualifications: full Electrical based qualification such as City & Guilds, ONC, HNC etc
  • Essential experience: experience of working within the Security sector, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems
  • Desirable skills: excellent customer service skills, ability to maintain accurate records, and good interpersonal skills
