Syndicate Partnership Manager

Asta Capital Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Syndicate Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our syndicate management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our syndicate partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Effective Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with syndicate partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Strategic Alignment: Work closely with syndicate partners to align their strategic objectives with Asta's service offering, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Onboarding and Embedding: Partner with the Business Development team to onboard and embed new syndicates into the Asta framework, ensuring a seamless transition and effective integration.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve long-standing issues or actions, working closely with syndicate partners and Asta functions to clarify and close actions.
- Governance and Reporting: Support the internal Asta governance framework by participating in various syndicate boards and committees, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices across Asta functions to improve the quality of service provided to syndicates.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with syndicate partners and internal stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: A broad understanding of how a syndicate operates within the Lloyd's market, including governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory responsibilities.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and developing effective solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
