We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of new homes in the Torridge area of Devon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage medium to large-scale developments ranging from 50 to 100 plus units
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Lead and motivate a team of site staff to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in site management, preferably in the house building industry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent IT and programming knowledge
  • Award-winning managers are encouraged to apply
