Commercial Agreements Manager

Position Type: Permanent

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Agreements Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team. This role is essential within our Sales & Commercial division.

The primary objective of this position is to ensure the effective execution and oversight of our Power as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Coverage as a Service (CaaS) agreements, with a focus on customer satisfaction, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and revenue enhancement.


Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Agreements Manager include:
Contract Oversight

Assess contract proposals and offer strategic insights.
Track contract performance against SLAs, addressing and mitigating risks.
Modify and renew agreements in accordance with organizational policies and legal standards.
Resolve conflicts and implement strategies to enhance contract lifecycle management.

Stakeholder Engagement

Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders involved in contract execution.
Generate regular reports on contract performance, revenue, and client satisfaction.
Examine contract data to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancement.

Compliance & Risk Oversight

Identify and address potential risks linked to contracts.
Oversee contract performance and compliance, proactively managing issues.

Support adherence to regulatory compliance, health and safety, environmental standards, business continuity, and information security protocols.

The ideal Commercial Agreements Manager will possess:
3-5 years of experience in contract management, ideally within the telecommunications or technology sectors.
Expertise in contract management methodologies and industry best practices.
A strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is advantageous.
