RPS Group is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Specialist to provide top-notch services in case management, health surveillance, screening, and promotion. This role is based at a pharmaceutical client site, offering a permanent position for either 3 or 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional Occupational Health services including case management, fitness assessments, screening, and promotion

  • Provide proactive Occupational Health to client companies, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting employee well-being

Requirements

  • RGN qualification with post-registration OH certification
  • Proficiency in all aspects of OH service delivery
  • Commitment to CPD for NMC registration maintenance
  • Strong motivation, organizational skills, and IT proficiency
  • Full UK driving license with willingness to travel
