Occupational Health Advisor Role

RPS Group is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to deliver high-quality services to our clients. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of class-leading services for case management, health surveillance, health screening, and health promotion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver proactive occupational health services to client companies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and preventing adverse health effects.
  • Coordinate defined OH activities, including health service delivery, case management, health surveillance, and screening procedures.
  • Support RPS business development and growth by identifying and winning new clients.
  • Be the face of 'quality service' for RPS Group, providing advice and ensuring a positive service perception.
Requirements:
  • RGN qualified, ideally holding a post-registration qualification in OH.
  • Experience in all aspects of OH service delivery, including health service delivery, case management, health surveillance, and screening procedures.
  • Willing to undertake personal CPD to maintain NMC registration.
  • High degree of self-motivation and management.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Proficient IT skills, including MS Office suite.
  • Strong team player and able to lead by example.
  • Full UK driving licence and able to travel with some overnight stays.
