POSITION AVAILABLE:
An opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to oversee an interim assignment lasting several months. The role requires flexibility to travel between two operational sites in North Yorkshire.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The primary objective of this position is to consolidate the financial records of two recently integrated entities with the central office.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Preparing management accounts within specified deadlines.
2. Ensuring the precision of period-end accruals and prepayments.
3. Supervising banking transactions and reconciliations.
4. Managing the timely issuance and payment of invoices.
5. Conducting ad hoc financial analysis, including expenditure and budget assessments, weekly cash flow evaluations, fixed asset management, and budget oversight.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will possess a professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA, or be a qualified by experience accountant. A strong command of financial systems, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to collaborate effectively across various departments are also crucial.

As this is a temporary role, candidates must be available immediately or have a minimal notice period.
