The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer with 8+ years of post-qualification experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience advising developers and landowners on the development of their land, ideally for large-scale, complex mixed-use or residential-led projects.
  • Experience working with public sector bodies, particularly local authorities, on regeneration projects, including managing procurement processes.
  • A strong understanding of subsidy control and procurement law, enabling you to effectively collaborate with our specialist teams when required.
  • Background gained in a reputable commercial law firm or an in-house legal team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a client-centric approach focused on understanding their project needs and delivering the best solutions.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in an agile environment and builds strong working relationships with colleagues.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding junior lawyers, fostering their professional development.
  • Excellent academic credentials, technical proficiency, and sound commercial judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage existing client relationships, as well as contribute to winning new opportunities and expanding our client base.
