Commercial Property – Solicitor – Up to £70,000 (DOE) Salary

This is an incredible chance to become part of a well-respected, contemporary, and dynamic law firm that is poised for growth, with intentions to enhance its office network by growing their commercial property team in Manchester.

The firm is well-known for its exceptional client service and commitment to delivering high-quality results, earning a strong reputation throughout Northern England. As it continues to grow and enhance its commercial offerings, the firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience to join its thriving Commercial Property team.

Candidates must have experience, knowledge, and a demonstrated history of successfully managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities.

A Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive 3-6 PQE
Possess strong legal expertise and leadership capabilities, with a keen attention to detail
