Job Title: Field Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales performance, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage sales performance, including setting targets and monitoring progress
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying new business opportunities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent sales and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
