MRI Radiographer FlexiBank

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MRI Radiographer to join our team on a flexible bank basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a wide variety of MRI scans using our state-of-the-art GE Signa Voyager 1.5 Tesla scanner.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake MRI scans in accordance with departmental protocols and RCR guidelines.
- Participate in administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Assist with general radiography as required and ensure compliance with IRMER regulations.
- Deliver high-quality patient care, being sensitive to patients' needs for dignity and privacy.
- Ensure that agreed standards of patient care and confidentiality are maintained in accordance with company policies.
- Promote clinical excellence at all times.
- Lead the implementation of departmental action plans as a result of clinical audit and review.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment and independently as required.
- Demonstrable knowledge and skills in the area of clinical practice.
- Experience of working in an imaging department with the opportunity to consolidate skills.
- Promote clinical excellence at all times.
- Be actively involved in development and implementation of clinical governance and risk management plans.
- Optimise patient outcomes with available resources whilst complying with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Where required, develop and implement action plans as a result of clinical audit and reviews.
- Proactively support the health, safety, and wellbeing of team members and treat employees fairly, equitably, and with respect.
- Ensure training needs are identified and training plans are in place to meet individual, professional, and organisational needs.
- Promote and encourage the professional development of all clinical staff.
