Affiliate Manager – Manchester/Hybrid – Up to £45k
The Talent Crowd is seeking a skilled Affiliate Manager to join our performance marketing team in Manchester City Centre. This is a fixed-term contract (14 months) to cover maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities
As an Affiliate Manager, you will lead on all affiliate activity, managing and building on existing partnerships, monitoring campaign performance, and nurturing relationships to improve conversion. You will also be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new affiliate relationships.
Requirements
We are looking for a proven track record in managing and growing affiliate programs, strong relationship-building skills, and good analytical and reporting skills. You will work closely with the performance team and deal with senior stakeholders, requiring the ability to collaborate and influence.
