Trade Administrator Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Trade Administrator to join our team at Iceland Food Group. As a Trade Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trade functions, supporting our Trading Managers to deliver excellence to our stores and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Trading Team to deliver 100% accuracy in trade administration
  • Ensure our Cost Price File supports the Company Margin and Suppliers invoices
  • Maintain accurate retailing selling prices and promotions to support our stores, delivering excellence to our customers
  • Deliver accurate POS & Tickets to reflect the Trading Teams Axiom upload
  • Manage Product Data, New Line Creation, and implement business decisions effectively
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team Player with previous administration experience in a busy team
  • Retail (Food) experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent MS Office skills
