Store Manager - Northampton

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly capable and passionate Store Manager to join our team in Northampton. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability in store, while providing an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and motivate the in-store team to achieve store targets by identifying and maximising on opportunities to achieve and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Have a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store, as well as ensuring back-of-house activities enable the store's successful commercial execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store.
  • Ability to understand the importance of Pandora's local and global business strategy, and can translate this into the delivery of store, regional and division KPIs.
  • Experience in using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and has the ability to take action to deliver when such opportunities are identified.
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
  • Well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and a passion for retail.
