Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of project managers and provide guidance on project execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, and desired business outcomes.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring fiscal and commercial compliance.
  • Recruit, develop, and coach project managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully.
  • Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product development projects.
  • Manage project risk and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project resources, including internal and external personnel, materials, and device validation builds.

Requirements:

  • BSc or equivalent in Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in medical device development, including leadership roles in all phases of product development.
  • Demonstrated experience of direct management and leadership experience.
