Job Title: National Service Manager

Rotork is seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and development of our service market share, sales, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a large team of field technicians based across the UK.
  • Work closely with the Sales Teams and County Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive service revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage long-term projects within the service department and ensure timely and proper handling of sale opportunities.
  • Provide financial leadership and ensure accurate forecasting, utilization, profit, and loss reporting.

Requirements:

  • Technical qualification in engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of working in a service/practical engineering environment.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical products.
  • A willingness and ability to travel.
