About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concrete Plant Supervisor to join our team at The Post At Mint Hill Llc. As a Concrete Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our concrete plant, ensuring that we deliver high-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the production of concrete to meet customer expectations and quality standards.
- Liaise with customers, both face-to-face and via telephone, to ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate fleet requirements to optimize utilization and minimize downtime.
- Oversee stock controls, supervise safety, health, and environment standards on site, and maintain housekeeping of all plant and equipment.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
- Experience in the ready-mix concrete industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations.
