Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Optometrists and Optical Assistants to deliver exceptional patient care and meet department targets.
- Oversee compliance processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Review sales forecasting and department targets, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Deal with customer queries and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
- Work closely with an Optometrist to coach and develop your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Fully qualified dispensing optician registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
- On track to meet the statutory points requirement for Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Confident in coaching and developing others.
- Able to provide excellent customer and patient care.
- Driven and ambitious, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced Optics environment.
