About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is on the lookout for a committed and empathetic Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to become part of our Liverpool team. This position involves collaborating closely with students who demonstrate challenging behaviours, offering them the essential support required for academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students exhibiting challenging behaviours within a classroom environment
- Support educators in developing and executing behaviour management strategies
- Foster positive relationships with students to enhance their engagement and motivation
- Provide individualized support in one-on-one or small group settings
- Track and document student progress and behavioural patterns
- Maintain effective communication with teachers, parents, and other professionals
Requirements:
