Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Class Teacher and other support staff.
  • Utilize therapeutic techniques to assist students in managing their emotional and behavioral challenges.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable and disengaged young people. A therapeutic approach, patience, resilience, and a good sense of humor are essential qualities for this role.

Experience in interventions and de-escalation strategies is required, along with a background in Teaching Assistance, Mental Health, Childcare, or Youth Work. Confidence in managing challenging behaviors is crucial.

Work Environment
