About this Role

We're seeking a Business Solutions consultant to join our team and help our clients achieve their goals. As a Transformation and Change Business Analyst, you'll work closely with our clients to identify and solve complex problems, assess business needs, and provide strategic guidance on how to best utilise technology and other solutions.

As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, gain valuable experience, and develop your skills in areas such as business analysis, project management, and change management. You'll also have access to our comprehensive training and development program, which includes coaching, mentorship, and continuous growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates who are passionate about technology and innovation, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and have 6-12 months transferable experience. You should be driven and motivated to continuously learn, progress, and expand your skills, and be able to demonstrate a collaborative spirit and a growth mindset.
