Job Description

Insight Select is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Assistant to join their Social Care division.

Job Summary:

The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the Accounts Payable function, including processing invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately inputting invoices and payments into the accounting system.
  • Verifying and reconciling invoices and payments to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicating with vendors and stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Providing administrative support to the Accounts Payable team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and systems.
