About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our team at Elevators. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of all bookkeeping functions, utilizing your expertise to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Perform monthly reconciliation and vat reconciliation, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Track project finance and maintain credit control, ensuring timely payment and minimizing bad debt.
- Manage P11D and CIS requirements, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Implement and maintain effective financial systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial operations, with a strong understanding of financial regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems and processes.
