Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team at Insight Select Ltd. As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the Accounts Payable function, including processing invoices and payments.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Invoice Processing: Accurately input invoices into the system, ensuring all necessary information is captured and recorded.
  • Invoice Filing: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for invoices and related documents.
  • Invoice Verification: Verify invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all necessary information is present.
  • Supplier Communication: Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to invoices.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements, as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a finance team, preferably in accounts payable or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-disciplined, proactive, and efficient, with excellent communication skills.
