Purpose of the Role

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispatch team, ensuring efficient and timely coordination of engineers/partners. This role involves managing dispatch staff, optimizing dispatch procedures, and maintaining effective communication with engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the dispatch team, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance to ensure high levels of productivity and morale.
  • Oversee the dispatching of engineers/partners, ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between dispatchers, engineers, clients, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and address any issues promptly.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to dispatch activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Address and resolve operational challenges, including emergencies, delays, by coordinating with relevant personnel and deploying appropriate resources.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of dispatch activities, quality assurance, and other relevant information for reporting and compliance purposes.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for dispatch employees to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
