Job Title: Graduate FX Broker

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate FX Broker to join our team in London. As a Graduate FX Broker, you will be responsible for building relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing innovative FX solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and qualify potential clients to build a database of leads
  • Engage and consult with C-level executives of medium-large businesses across a diverse range of sectors
  • Utilize tools and corporate databases to ensure you are targeting key accounts and businesses
  • Develop relationships with clients to understand their business and offer the right FX hedging solution
  • Work closely with the sales team and strategists to build and present valuable risk management solutions to clients
  • Develop trusted relationships with existing clients to retain their business and grow your portfolio
  • Develop corporate partnerships and affiliate relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market news and trends

Requirements:

  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and self-efficient approach
  • Demonstrates curiosity and resilience in a challenging environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of FX derivatives and ability to multi-task
  • Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of risk and compliance requirements

What We Offer:

  • A competitive starting base salary of £21,000 - £25,000 with bonus and commission
