Job Summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, communicating the capabilities and service offerings of Crane Worldwide Logistics, and negotiating with carriers to achieve best pricing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met and exceeded.
  • Negotiate directly with air, ocean, and road carriers to achieve best pricing and service levels.
  • Coordinate with different departments and offices domestically and globally to build end-to-end logistics solutions.
  • Present suitable solutions to clients using company Quoting Applications.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Crane Worldwide Logistics' capabilities and service offerings.
  • Act as an advocate and voice of the customer with Operations teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of freight forwarding experience with extensive knowledge in the pricing of complete end-to-end solutions for commercial air freight/ocean freight and occasional air/ocean chartering.
  • High School Diploma or GED, bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
