Job Summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our existing customers, communicating the capabilities and service offerings of Crane Worldwide, and negotiating with carriers to achieve best pricing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their logistics needs are met
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to build end-to-end logistics solutions
  • Negotiate with carriers to achieve best pricing and service
  • Present solutions to clients using company quoting applications
  • Monitor and maintain existing client base while reviewing new clients for potential opportunities
  • Act as advocate and voice of the customer with operations teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of freight forwarding experience with extensive knowledge of pricing for complete end-to-end solutions
  • High school diploma or GED, bachelor's degree strongly preferred
