About the Role

Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Theatre Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Theatre Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our nurses and consultants during procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist scrub nurses during procedures, providing essential support to our medical teams.
  • Provide patient support within the Anaesthetics room, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our patients.
  • Open sterile packs, check instruments, and assist with ordering equipment, maintaining the highest standards of infection control.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of quality care delivery, working closely with our nursing and medical teams.

Requirements

  • Experience working in Theatres would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • We are interested in candidates with experience in Care, who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Someone who is happy working on our flexible rota, willing to learn and develop, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
  • Good level of communication and good written English skills are essential.
  • Happy to be trained and looking for career development opportunities.
