About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Theatre Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a Theatre Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our nursing and medical teams during procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist scrub nurses during procedures, providing support and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Provide patient support within the Anaesthetics room, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Open sterile packs, check instruments, and assist with ordering equipment as needed.
  • Maintain quality care delivery, adhering to infection control protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Experience working in Theatres or a similar healthcare setting is beneficial.
  • Good communication and written English skills are essential.
  • Ability to work on a flexible rota and be willing to learn and develop.
  • Passionate and motivated individual with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
