We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Theatre Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a Theatre Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our nurses and consultants during procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist scrub nurses during procedures, providing support and ensuring the smooth running of operations.
- Provide patient support within the Anaesthetics room, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
- Open sterile packs, check instruments, and assist with ordering equipment, ensuring the highest standards of infection control.
- Maintain quality care delivery, working closely with the theatre team to ensure seamless patient care.
