DS Associates is looking for dedicated professionals, including registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists (OTs), who are eager to enhance their clinical expertise while enjoying a fulfilling work-life balance.
Position Overview
As a Functional Assessor, you will leverage your clinical background to assess a diverse range of medical, cognitive, and mental health conditions. We require candidates with at least one year of post-qualification experience and valid registration in the UK.
Work Schedule
This role offers full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with part-time options available for a minimum of three days per week. The competitive salary ranges from £39,000 to £41,500 annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a mix of file reviews, face-to-face, and telephone/video assessments related to various benefits.
- Prepare detailed reports to assist decision-makers in evaluating benefit claims.
- Focus on understanding how disabilities impact clients' daily lives and their ability to perform work-related tasks.
