About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering one-to-one tuition to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and providing support tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality one-to-one tuition to students with SEN
- Build positive relationships with students and their families
- Provide regular feedback and adapt tuition sessions to meet the needs of individual students
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student progress
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Proven track record of delivering one-to-one tuition
- Ability to manage challenging behavior and provide support to students with complex needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
