About the Role

Our work revolves around understanding search data, leveraging analytics and database tools, and extracting valuable insights from large datasets. We're looking for a passionate individual with a knack for uncovering hidden trends and patterns within our data.

As a Data Analyst, you'll be a vital member of the team, collaborating closely with search marketing and content specialists to analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide data-driven insights that enhance the quality and accuracy of our content. You'll also work with the PR team to respond to data requests, fostering positive relationships and showcasing our expertise as customer champions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Visualize Data: Utilize strong visualization techniques to create compelling dashboards and reports that effectively communicate performance trends and search insights to stakeholders across various departments.
  • Investigate Performance: Dive deep into our search and internal data to understand performance, pinpoint areas for improvement, and share actionable insights with relevant marketing teams.
  • Empower Data Literacy: Provide training, guidance, and support on understanding data and reporting, promoting self-service capabilities and enhancing analytical skills throughout the organization.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of macroeconomic factors, market dynamics, and search trends, interpreting their impact on our business performance.
  • Bridge the Gap: Act as a data translator, bridging the communication gap between engineers and business stakeholders by applying business context to our data products and delivering clear, understandable insights to operational teams.
  • Analyze Competitor Strategies: Leverage your digital marketing and analytical expertise to analyze competitor strategies, gain ranking insights, and prioritize actions based on those findings.

Your Profile

You are a self-directed individual with a passion for data and a commitment to delivering impactful results. You possess excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills, enabling you to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You have a strong understanding of the digital landscape and are adept at utilizing analytical tools and techniques. Your ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and work collaboratively makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
