Position Overview

The International Funds Product Management (IFPM) division is dedicated to the creation and oversight of traditional investment vehicles, including mutual funds and ETFs, tailored for the International Private Bank (IPB). This fund platform offers pooled investment solutions to wealth management clients globally, managing assets exceeding $120 billion, with expectations for continued growth.

The team is responsible for cultivating and sustaining partnerships with premier investment managers to provide both active and passive investment options across various platforms including brokerage, advisory, and managed services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee strategic product initiatives that are influenced by business needs and regulatory requirements, necessitating collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the pipeline of strategic initiatives and associated tasks for active and passive investment funds and ETFs, ensuring timely delivery while strictly adhering to internal guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with fund houses, ETF providers, and financial counterparties, as well as internal stakeholders such as Advisors, Bankers, and Investment teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the mutual fund and ETF offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends that may affect the product lineup.
  • Oversee relationships with product stakeholders across various regions and functions, providing essential information to business partners, operations, control teams, and portfolio managers regarding product management.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Extensive experience in the financial services sector, particularly in wealth management or asset management.
  • Proficiency with EU domiciled regulated mutual funds (UCITS) and the relevant regulatory framework is essential.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Highly motivated team player with proven problem-solving skills, capable of working independently in a dynamic environment while coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding negotiation and presentation abilities, coupled with strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment to build consensus and influence results.
  • Proficient in core MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with fund distribution agreements is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python) and business intelligence software is a plus.
