Warehouse Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Gi Group. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders, as well as maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Picking and Packing: Efficiently assemble orders without error, meeting warehouse operative KPI targets.
- Stock Replenishment: Restock shelves and inventory as needed to maintain optimal levels.
- Stock Checking: Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all site-specific rules and operating practices.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all aspects of the Company Health & Safety regulations currently in force, reporting any hazards or accidents to your line manager.
- Attendance and Time Keeping: Maintain good attendance and time keeping, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a good standard of housekeeping, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Reporting Hazards: Report any hazards or accidents to your line manager, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Flexibility and Co-operation: Demonstrate flexibility and co-operation when covering other duties outside of your usual job role.
