We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Gi Group. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders, as well as maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Picking: Assemble orders with precision and accuracy, meeting or exceeding warehouse operative KPI targets.
- Stock Replenishment: Restock shelves and inventory to maintain optimal levels.
- Stock Checking: Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized, adhering to company standards.
- Adherence to Company Policies: Comply with all site-specific rules and operating practices, as well as company health and safety regulations.
- Reporting Hazards: Identify and report any potential hazards or accidents to your line manager.
- Attendance and Time Keeping: Maintain good attendance and adhere to company time-keeping policies.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the warehouse.

- Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and co-operation when covering other duties outside of your usual job role.
