We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team at Boots in Burton upon Trent. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform various warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) to efficiently move stock around the warehouse.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
We offer a range of shift patterns to suit different lifestyles, including:
- 4 on and 4 off -Days 10:00-22:00 Nights 22:00 – 10:00
- Rotating 8-hour shift pattern 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00
- Fixed nights 8-hour pattern 22:00 – 06:00
We offer competitive pay rates, with opportunities for increases after 12 weeks:
- Days £11.44 going up to £12.00
- Nights £11.93 going up to £13.80
