About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join our team at Air IT Limited. As a key member of our Technical Team, you will be responsible for handling escalated service requests and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical cases effectively, ensuring clients are kept up-to-date with progress
  • Monitor the progress of assigned matters and escalate in a timely manner if necessary
  • Monitor clients' IT systems via monitoring software
  • Provide swift and efficient resolution to technical queries
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an IT helpdesk support role
  • Knowledge and experience of various IT systems, including Microsoft 10/11, Microsoft Office 2019/2022, and Microsoft Exchange Server 2019
  • Experience in setting up and supporting mobile devices
  • GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent
