Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Team First Recruitment. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a designated sales territory and building strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including builders merchants, buyers, and company owners
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve sales goals
We offer a competitive salary of £36,000, plus a performance-based commission of £4-8,000. You will also receive a hybrid car and a pension plan as part of our comprehensive benefits package.
