As a Retail Sales Associate, prior technical knowledge is not a requirement. All new team members participate in a comprehensive two to three-day training program, either online or at our state-of-the-art training facility. Here, you will acquire essential skills and insights to assist customers effectively and deliver outstanding service. From supplier training to hands-on product testing, we equip you with the confidence to provide top-notch recommendations.
Our Retail Sales Associates work flexibly during our operating hours, which typically include weekends. Our stores are generally open seven days a week, with hours varying by location.
