Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet regulatory requirements.
- Conduct mid-term inspections to monitor property condition and identify potential issues.
- Organize and conduct check-outs and inventories to ensure accurate records and smooth transitions.
- Coordinate with contractors, obtain quotations, and issue works orders to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.
- Ensure property compliance with regulations, including EICR's, gas safety, and EPC certifications.
- Handle deposit disputes and other tenant-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize tenancy paperwork and support landlords with rental reviews and tenancy renewals.
- Perform general Property Manager duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous lettings or property management experience is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages and other relevant software.
