We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Proposals Engineer to join our team at Innovo Global Talent Ltd. As a key member of our Technical Solutions Department, you will be responsible for developing concept designs, estimating costs, and writing proposals to support our technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop concept designs to support technical solutions for customer enquiries.
  • Estimate costs for project variations and assist the project team with developing costs.
  • Assist the Technical Solutions team with larger commercial projects.
  • Maintain the enquiry and forecast report for weekly sales meetings.
  • Follow-up on sales leads and attend customer meetings to determine project scope and review RFQs.
  • Correspond with customers to clarify project details and communicate project scope and deadlines to management.
  • Develop concept designs, including layout and equipment, for small commercial projects.
  • Develop concept layout designs for larger commercial projects.
  • Source equipment from OEM suppliers and develop alternative solutions.
  • Validate technical aspects of projects and complete estimate costs using the estimate template.
  • Write proposals or letters of offer using the current template.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Material Handling engineering.
  • Strong technical background in mechanical and/or electrical/controls engineering.
  • Strong CAD/Inventor/Solidworks or similar software experience.
  • Practical knowledge of equipment design, logistics, warehousing, conveyors, automation, and/or electrical/controls.
