Senior Sales Manager

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving business goals and territory sales targets. You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and maintain brand market order. You will also support the team in developing sales strategies and setting corporate sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve business goals and territory sales targets.
- Maintain brand market order, including price, coverage, and anti-counterfeiting measures.
- Support the team in developing sales strategies and setting corporate sales targets.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field.
- At least 4+ years of sales and distributor management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Professional business negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
