- Proven experience working within the pension industry, with a sound knowledge of UK pensions and scheme governance.
- Excellent technical knowledge of pension schemes and governance, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
