Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality governance and trustee secretarial functions for clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and advisers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and current issues affecting the pensions industry, applying this knowledge to deliver first-class client service.
  • Collaborate with Client Directors to ensure effective management of client relationships and delivery of key objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working within the pension industry, with a sound knowledge of UK pensions and scheme governance.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of pension schemes and governance, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
